At Diverse Finds, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Original tags must still be attached (when applicable)
  • Item must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, or damage
  • Item must be returned in original condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Intimates / undergarments
  • Swimwear (if hygiene liner has been removed)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale promotions
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Certain liquidation/resale inventory sold as-is

Condition Disclosure

As a resale and liquidation boutique, some merchandise may include:

  • Minor tag bends
  • Residual sticker adhesive
  • Re-ticketing marks
  • Packaging wear

Any major flaws or imperfections will be disclosed in the listing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory availability.

Refused or Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without approval or that do not meet policy requirements may be refused.
