Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Please note that during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and delivery destination.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (when offered)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Combined Shipping

We may combine eligible orders when possible to help reduce shipping waste and improve efficiency.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and an order is returned to us:

• Additional shipping charges may apply
• Delivery delays may occur

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Diverse Finds is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly first.

If assistance is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

• Order number
• Photos of package damage
• Photos of damaged item(s)

As a resale and liquidation boutique, inventory is limited and availability is not guaranteed until your order is processed.

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable. If this occurs, a refund will be issued.
